DecillionX collects client business information, legal verification details (GSTIN/CIN), and candidate talent profiles solely for authentic enterprise project engagement and employment screening. Information is encrypted at rest and in transit using SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption.

2. Cookie Policy & Preferences

We use essential session cookies to authenticate client portal and employee dashboard sessions. We do not sell user data to third-party ad networks. You may manage cookie consent via your browser settings.

3. Data Protection & Deletion Rights

In accordance with India DPDP Act 2023 and EU GDPR regulations, clients and job applicants have the right to request access, correction, or permanent deletion of their personal data from our database. Requests can be sent directly to CEO Santhana Stephen Raj at info@decillionx.com.

4. Terms of Service & Intellectual Property

All software source code, AI model fine-tuning weights, custom algorithms, and system documentation produced by DecillionX under signed Statement of Work (SOW) contracts remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective client company upon settlement of project invoices.
